In-store purchases may be eligible for exchange within 7-days of purchase. Online purchases may be eligible for return within 7-days of delivery.

2022 Holiday Season Returns/Exchanges: Items purchased from 11/25 through 12/24 may be exchanged through January 14th.

IN STORE

M. Flynn accepts store exchanges, in their original packaging, within 7-days of the original date of purchase from our store.

Please follow these guidelines when returning your IN-STORE purchase:

  • All items must be received unused and in their original condition with any necessary tags attached. M. Flynn reserves the right to refuse any returns without tags or packaging.
  • All exchanges must be made within 7-days of purchase.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. If shipping please include
email address, day-time
  • Receipt of original purchase must be included.
    Please include your email address, day-time telephone number, and the reason
for return.
  • All sale items are FINAL.
  • M. Flynn DOES NOT accept returns or exchanges on custom pieces or special
orders.
  • M. Flynn DOES NOT accept returns or exchanges on candles or fragrances.
  • M. Flynn cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged if exchanged
by mail. To ensure that items are not damaged upon return please use bubble wrap and sturdy boxes.
  • Exchanges may be made via USPS, FedEx, or UPS to 46 Waltham Street, Suite 104,
Boston, MA 02118. Please reach out to us for an RMA number.
